Founded in 1953 in the name of B.H.Patel & Co., Baroda, later in 1973 it changed its name to Ambalal M. Shah & Co. (AMSCO) and then converted to partnership firm since 1978. The firm has conducted number of audits for CAG appointed government companies as statutory auditors and handled search survey & settlement commission cases. The firm has a branch in Mumbai and is on its way to open office in Jaipur.
